Here we are giving a few tips to cut short your weight making you healthy. You can maintain your health by maintaining a good diet style free from fat and calories. Follow the tips provided by eminent nutritionists.
1. Always take care to carry the lunch to work. Never skip lunch, nor have it regularly from outside.
2. Have food by sitting. Don’t take food standing.
3. Always dilute juice with water.
4. Vegetables are good for lunch. Skip junk food and meat items.
5. Avoid eating outside. Always have food at home.
6. Limit alcohol to weekends.
7. Have a V8 or tomato juice instead of packed beverages filled with calories.
8. Have vegetables a lot as possible. Dribble maple syrup over carrots, and sprinkle chopped nuts on green beans to make them delicious.
9. Mix three different cans of beans and some diet Italian dressing and have it with three-bean salad all week.
10. Have vegetable soup as it is counted as a vegetable.
11. Rediscover the sweet potato.
12. Maximise the usage of pre-bagged baby spinach in sandwiches, heated in soups, wilted in hot pasta, and added to salads.
13. Buy more vegetables that are already washed and cut up.
14. Eat plenty of fruits, as they are just as healthy; including oranges, mangoes, and melons.
15.. The best portion of vegetables is the largest one. Period.
16. Never skip meals.
17. Stop having pasta like crazy. A serving of pasta is 1 cup, but some people routinely eat 4 cups.
18. Stop consuming supersize bagels of 400 to 500 calories for snacks.
19. A smoothie made with fat-free milk, frozen fruit, and wheat germ is perfect as a diet.
20. Have more apples or baby carrots, if happened to have food from outside.
21. A healthy frozen entree with a salad and a glass of 1 percent milk is an excellent diet.
