Man Boobs—How To Get Rid of Them

ManIt makes you feel uncomfortable, conscious, and embarrassed in public. It’s not something that a man would want to have but unfortunately a number of men are facing this problem. We are talking about a problem wherein, instead of a lean and solid chest, few men develop loose and hanging piece of fat around their chests, which looks like breasts. Here are some quick fixes for these problems recommended by medical experts.

Interval Training
Interval training involves 30 seconds to one minute of tough exercise, followed by two to three minutes of easy exercise. Interval training is a very common and highly effective way of burning fat.
 
Push Ups 
Push ups is a superb way to build your upper chest area. This won’t entirely get rid of your man boobs, but yes, it will make them less noticeable.
 
Cardio Exercises 
Cardio is an effective fat burning activity. Exercises like Running, Bike Riding, Rowing, and more are all good cardio workout examples that will assist you in burning the extra fat from your body and getting rid of your man boobs.
 
 
Elliptical Trainer machines
Elliptical trainer machines have proven to be very effective for men facing the problem of man’s boobs. These machines tend to workout both upper and lower body muscle groups simultaneously, so that you burn the extra fat as well as get rid of awkward boobs.

Reward Yourself after Workout

RewardIncentive and rewards are not just confined to workplace. You can also reward yourself after doing a heavy intensity workout. Rewarding yourself after workout will in fact accelerate your weight loss. Here are a few tips rewarding you.
• DO NOT reward yourself with heavy meals. Instead, replenish your energy stores with a healthy snack. What about a smoothie?
• New exercise clothing is another bright way to reward yourself. A new exercise is indeed a great treat! Shop for something that is really lovely, something that you can’t resist to put on. This is a great post-workout pleasure to experience.
• Stretch from head to toe after a heavy workout. This will help you relax and reduce the soreness you might feel after doing the high intensity exercises. Doing this regularly will have long-term benefits to your posture and overall flexibility.
• Set short-term as well as long-term goals for you. If you meet a short-term goal, reward yourself with ballgame or take a break for a day from work for a “mental health” day.
• If a long-term goal is met, go for a week-long vacation. What about getting a new mountain bike or some scuba diving lessons? A healthy vacation indeed!
• Physical activity is an excellent way of rewarding yourself after a heavy workout. This may include spending some time with your kids or planning a day of canoeing.
So, grab the bull by the horns and take charge of your situation and get ready to fight and win the battle of bulge!

Spice Up Your Workout RoutinesDo you feel that your abs routine is becoming monotonous? Do you feel that it is not working well anymore? Want a change from the boring routine? If yes then make your exercise routine fresh again! Here are a few tips to spice up your workout routines.

Bring in instability to your exercises:
By instability, we mean that you should at times do your exercise on unstable ground. Try this- lift your leg up in the air so that your body becomes unstable. This is a very simple step but is very powerful! It increases the difficulty of the exercise causing you to sweat excessively, like never before! Try this out and feel the difference!

Increase the intensity:
Make the exercise more challenging. Include advance training techniques like supersets. Take no breaks! Yes, it works! Do a set of exercise and immediately switch over to another set of exercises without any rest in between! This crazy method will indeed give you crazy results!
Stay away from traditional methods of training:
This may sound awkward but it will surely spice up your exercise routine! Switch over to circuit training technique which includes a combination of cardio and weight training. It is a solid one-hour workout. Ideally, a circuit training session includes six intervals and each interval includes two exercises of two sets and the one 3 minute high intensity cardio training.
Spicing up the whole program optimizes the exercise results.

Just Do It

DoIt’s been this way always. You’ve been pushing it in the back of you mind since long, but now its time that you start working on it… well by working out! You need to muster the motivation to begin today, what makes you think Monday will be different? It’s time to realize the power of Now!

Here are a few suggestions. Right now I can:

1. Try taking the stairs instead of the elevator, or if your office is on 14th floor, try going a few floors up atleast.

2. Go for a walk, breathe some fresh air instead of parking your butt on that TV couch all the time.

3. Have lots of water and cut on the fizz.

4. Say a big NO to candy/donut/roll/pastry.

5. Fix a healthy lunch for tomorrow so I won’t be tempted buy fast food.

6. Call up a buddy and go for a walk/jog/run/workout.

7. Drink my coffee/tea without sugar or creamer.
