Hair cuts:

You may pause why we are talking about hair cuts at this stage of baldness. But yes, it works! Ask a hair expert to cut your hair in such a way as to hide the receding hairlines, to create an illusion of hair looking fuller. Longer hair cuts often hide the balding head.

Shampoos:

Look for brands of volume control shampoos available in hair salons. These thickening shampoos contain natural extracts and chemicals that boost the volume of your hair to look it thicker. However, stay away from shampoos and conditioners that excess amount of chemicals in them.

Keep your scalp clean:

Get rid of the dandruff. This is a source of hair loss which often combines chemicals of shampoo, dirt and sebum follicle oil. This creates a film on your scalp which hardens and starts plucking up hair follicles. This can’t support hair growth.

Beat the stress:

Stress contributes too much illness, even baldness. Take action right away. Try to keep your stress levels low. Avoid stress- buster techniques.

Proper diet:

As your body, your hair also needs nutrients. Improper supply of nutrients to hair leads to frequent hair loss and ultimately baldness. Eat more fruits in the breakfast and more veggies for lunch and dinner, to prevent hair loss.

Anti- hair loss pills can prevent baldness!The most common form of baldness is a progressive hair thinning condition called androgenic alopecia or ‘male pattern baldness’ that occurs in adult male humans. The main causes of pattern baldness are genetics or an imbalance in the DHT hormones in the body.

It is found out that Dihydrotestosterone (DHT), a hormone which is converted from testosterone and binds to sites on hair follicles and is the leading cause of hair loss. The hair falling out slowly in the first days, and this speed gradually increases to the point where there is no hair left.

It may anger you that you are loosing your hair even if you choose not to! So how should you prevent the hair loss? Read on.

You may also don’t want to spend huge amount of your money in the consultation and hair loss treatment fees to your doctor. Consider this- there are many hair re-growing supplements in the market which are proven to work.

The anti-hair loss pills are found to be working by blocking the DHT, the hormone that is one of the root causes for the hair loss. The anti-hair pills will actually stop the hormone; will slow down the hair loss process. They are also found to eventually reverse the hair loss process.

It is also learnt that these pills are not prescription drugs. Also, the pills may cost you over $500 for the full regeneration process. Many of these pills also are found to be free of side effects.

Reduce hair loss

Hair care: Don’t forget to wash your hair regularly and make sure you condition your hair thereafter. If you are conscious about chemicals in your shampoo, search for herbal shampoos in the stores.

Never Say Dye: Many of you may be fond of coloring your hair and applying dyes to hide those grays. Shun them ASAP!

Sleep well:  Make sure that you get enough sleep.

Lessen your stress: Stress has become a vicious cycle in our lives. Although beat the stress levels by regularly indulging in activities that you like.

Smoking and alcohol: Try to limit the consumption of smoking and alcohol.

Diet: A balanced and nutritious diet rich in minerals and vitamins prevents hair loss.

So, follow these and make sure that you are still using your comb!!!
