Drinking
Water is essential for a body…its also helps in getting a shine on your face. To loose weight, you must start your every day with a glass hot water with lemon. Make sure that is the first thing you take in the morning and no other drink like tea or coffee. Juices, soups,
Herbal tea are all very good for health, and they also help reduce weight aerated drinks and hard drinks, especially bear should be avoided completely. Water and other such liquids which are good for health should be taken ore frequently in the day.
Eating
Your eating habits are supposed to improve if you want to get back into shape. If you want to loose weight, you should shift your food habits to vegetarian interest for some time. Non_ veg foods are more fatty then the vegetarians… Soya is full of nutrients and must be made a part of your diet. Egg whites and fish are still better for you. Whole milk and dairy products, all processed foods, and the foods containing maida n all should also be kept away. Sweets, and cakes, etc should also be kept away.
Snacking
Snacking is a bad habit, it makes you gain weight. Snacking should be avoided, in ways that you can replace your snack with your favorite fruit. And also the habit of eating between the meals should also be avoided as far as possible. Another way to control is to eat your meals after every four hours. This way you would not feel pangs for any snack. And eat with your heart; get yourself satiated with the meal.
Exercise
Even if you eat well, it is more important too exercise well. The basic thing iis to get rid of the already there fat. The eating proper is done to prevent gaining more weight and to get rid of the weight already there on you, you have to work out and shed the weight. Easy way could be a walk for 45minns daily or join a gym.
