As far as the diet is concerned, it is best to have five to six small and protein-rich meals. Biceps: For biceps, it is best to go for barbell curls (5 sets, 15 reps), machine preacher curls (5 sets, 15 reps), and concentration curls (5 sets, 15 reps).
Triceps: To have solid and well-shaped triceps, you should be emphasizing upon 5 sets, 15 reps each of Triceps pushdowns, Machine triceps extensions, and overhead machine extensions.
