How to avoid bad breath and stay kissable

If people around you have been avoiding you of late and you are wondering about the possible reason, it is time for you to analyze the smell of your breath. Even though bad breath does not make less successful but still you will not be able to enjoy the same social popularity, hugs, and kisses like before.
One of the biggest hurdles before an average man while taking care of his teeth is the reluctance to visit a dentist till the time any major teeth trouble happens. Regular dental checkups are must and it is highly recommended that you visit the dentist for a checkup every six months.
Most of us tend to ignore the true benefits of brushing. While some make it just a minute affair, some of us brush just once a day. If you really want healthy teeth, tongue, and mouth, you should be brushing twice a day (morning and before sleep) for at least five minutes with a good, soft toothbrush. While brushing, you should be cleaning the tongue along with the teeth.
It is recommended that you use a mouthwash after brushing with toothpaste in order to create and maintain high standards of dental hygiene. If you have a habit of eating spicy or garlic-made foods, the use of parsley is a must to avoid bad breath. If you want good breath at a short notice for a kiss, you can try out chewing gum for a while but do not get that thing transferred to another mouth.
