Headache is a common health issue found in children and adults. But, if the headache doesn’t show any signs of stoppage, then it would be better to consult a doctor. If it is a mild pain, rest in a quiet, dark room can do good effect. Placing a cool compress on the forehead is a nice medication. Stay away from smoking, alcohol, and illegal drugs. Relaxation exercises also will help in taking away tension and stress that cause headaches. Applying ice, to the back or the neck or the temples is a nice option. Massage therapy and biofeedback, also provides relief from the headache.
