GO FOR ZERO CALORIE DIET

Having a zero calorie diet is another way to stay fit. But what is a zero calorie diet is there any thing such .Water , sodas and certain herbal beverages are said to have a zero calorie content but these all are beverages .What most of faces as a problem is the hunger satisfaction. Actually most of the time we are not hungry, are body dose not require extra energy but it is the about the satisfaction, we often eat to just make our self satisfied .This is one of the reason of weight increase and some other medical problems.
Answer to this query is to go for a zero calorie diet. Definitely beverages are not going to make you satisfy; they simply can not take the place of the solid food.
Zero calorie diet is about the certain food stuff, which calls for extra calories when being digested. When these foods are consumed without extras like fat and sugar, they have a negative calorie effect. Hence they are termed as a zero calorie diet. For example if you consume a Mecca Gateaux which is around 400 calories and to digest this body requires around 150 calories. So the net resultant is 250 calories which is added to your body where as if you have a stick of celery which have only 5 calories the net result will be – 145 calories that is you losses 145 calories .
In this category those food should be added which requires lot of chewing so that your body burns more calories then are consumed while chewing, digestion, metabolism , and elimination . But do not include meat or eggs in such kind of diet. You just need to alter your eating habits or change the form of your food intake like have fruits instead of juices or have celery stick instead of the celery soup, this will make your body burn calories when chewing and digesting, while in liquid form you just take it and it goes to your stomach . Although for instant energy requirement juice is a better option but we are not concerned with that at this point of time. The fiber will eliminate your hunger and satisfy you while it will also make you lose weight. For this fruits and vegetables have considerable amount of the fibers if taken raw.
Cucumber, celery, tomato, lettuce, asparagus, Garlic, Spinach, Zucchini, Lemon, Grapefruit, Cabbage, Gourd, Turnip, papaya and pineapple are some of the food which can be said as zero calorie diet. Having such food is good for health to remain fit, but remember anything in excess is bad.
