Although personal hygiene is something that most people will like to themselves, but following a good personal sanitation will not only give you a healthy and long life but also will save the people around you from smelling… well… let’s say the body odor.
Keeping clean is more of a way of life, than just a mere habit. Below is the checklist (some are obvious) that you must incorporate into your daily cleanliness regime.
• Shower daily, regardless of day, month, or season.
• Keep your body hair trimmed- that includes nose and armpits hair.
• Maintain proper oral hygiene.
• Regularly trim you hands’ and feet nails.
• Use a deodorant.
• Wear clean clothes and shoes.
The ritual of keep oneself neat and clean is imbibed in us right from our childhood, by our parents and teachers. If you have gone astray, then its time you get back!
