You may think that you have grown older, probably crossed 40 and it is not the time to get yourself enrolled into a gym. You may feel intimated to pursue exercises. If this is the conception, then dear reader, you are absolutely wrong! Fitness is not the privilege enjoyed by younger people. Old age also demands fitness.
