There are over 200 species of mushrooms with proven medicinal value, particularly immune enhancing properties, and cultures throughout the world have been using mushrooms for this particular purpose. Moreover, the Brazilian mushroom Agaricus blazei is also known for its ability to kill viruses and bacteria in the human body. Some of the latest research lay claim to that these particular species of mushroom are able to prevent virus proliferation in the body when consumed on a regular basis.

There are latest theories which suggest the digestive enzymes in mushrooms actually have immune enhancing properties when consumed by human beings. This would mean that a fresh mushroom would contain about 3 times the immune enhancing power of a cooked or otherwise prepared mushroom.

There are other natural substances within the structure of a mushroom that provide the immune system power of warding of illness such as antimicrobial substances. In its natural environment, the mushroom relies on these antimicrobial substances to prevent the mushroom from succumbing to bacteria, viruses, or microorganism from attacking them. When consumed by humans, these substances carry over into the digestive system and provide the same health effects for the human body.

The immune system is not the only system to be enhanced through the regular consumption of mushrooms. While the immune system benefits greatly, mushrooms can also benefit the endocrine and adrenal systems almost as a great deal.

Mushrooms have been used throughout the world for centuries for strong health and long life. The use of mushrooms to assist with health has the potential to lead to a significant decrease in medical care especially during the cold and flu season. It’s a great vegetable to eat. A fat belly will even dissolve the good things about anyone’s body. Belly fat can sometimes be an inherited dilemma rather than being as a result of a fat bank account or over eating. The good news is that while there is no easy trick or shortcut, with more

exercise and fewer calorie intake or a good balanced diet, belly fat can be a thing of the past if you have a firm determination to do so. The best way to lose belly fat is eating a low fat diet and avoiding over eating in addition to some exercise. The good news is that there are some exercises that focus especially on losing belly fat. The bad news is that these workouts are pretty hard to follow regularly. But as said before, if you have determination, then there is nothing called impossible to come back in shape.

Start with the basic that is cardiovascular exercises. These include workouts such as jogging, running, cycling and swimming etc that helps to cut off the excess fat deposited on the body as a result of the high calorie food you consume. Your body definitely requires some amount of calories for day to day activities, but the requirement is limited. When the required fat is utilized by the body, then the remaining fat gets stored as excess belly fat. Such exercises will help you get rid of this extra fat. Another factor to be kept in mind is maintaining a healthy diet. Like said before that the body needs limited amount of calories to survive on, there is no point in consuming extra as it will build up the stored fat and make it all the more uglier. So, start consuming food stuff low in fat and and more in fibers, proteins, carbohydrates and vitamins. These food products will give your body the right amount of ingredients to function well. Avoid oily and high calorie eatables and cut down on the sweet dishes.

A third method along with the above two that is essential is performing abdominal exercises. Since, it’s the stomach area you are focusing on, it makes sense to work on a particular area and abdominal exercises are a great way to do so. This will help you lose your stubborn belly fat and bring yoy back in shape.
