Secrets to a good nights sleep:
Always follow a consistent bed time routine.
Always be regular with the sleep routine you have, you must maintain a perfect routine, which you follow consistently.
Stay away from caffeine, nicotine and alcohol at least 4-6 hours before bed time.
The above said things are sleep busters, these refresh you and you are able to avoid sleep for some time.
Caffeine and nicotine are stimulants that interfere with your ability to fall asleep.
As said above, they interfere with your sleep and automatically your sleep goes less than what it would be had you not take it.
Make sure that you don’t go to bed hungry or eat a big dinner before bed time.
When you go to bed, you must be comfortable. And be sure that you are not hungry since if you are hungry, the brain is not at ease since hunger keeps you awake. Similarly if you had heavy dinner, the body is not at ease till it gets digested.
Keep television and computer out of your bedroom.
Televisions and computers also induce with your sleep, so you must keep such electronics away from your room.
Stop fretting about things.
If you worry and cry over little things, they would worry you much and of course not let you sleep with comfort.
Listen to some soothing music.
Soothing music induces sleep, so if you want a good times sleep and which is relaxed too. Then do not forget to listen to music. And it should be soothing enough, listen to music which is soft and\d touches the chord of your heart.
Sleep doesn’t just rejuvenate us but also repairs muscles and strengthens our immune system. Sleep deprivation is directly related to depression. In fact, a lot is to be blamed on our poor lifestyle that often gives way too sleep debt.
Our body requires a specific amount of sleep and suffers the amount is not fulfilled- and that is what we call sleep debt. Continuous lack of sleep causes sleep debt which may result in stress, anger and weak immune system, thus making us susceptible to various diseases.
