Comments What is dying inside your mouth?
![]() |
Ever wondered why you embarrass your sweetheart every time you give her a kiss? Curious about a decaying smell in your breath as if something might be dying inside your mouth? Why do your colleagues and friends turn their heads away when you speak? Keep guessing and you will end up in a single answer- that you have bad breath!
What caused the decaying smell?
Bad breath or halitosis is a symptom of an internal disorder. The source could be the teeth, the gums, sinuses, stomach, liver and small or large intestine. The most common underlying cause of halitosis is constipation or generally poor elimination.Â
Blame your eating habits as well. Those smelly onions, garlic which you gulp every time add to the bad odor in your breath. After consuming those eatables, don’t forget to chew one or two mouth fresheners.
Did you ever speculate why parsley and mint are often used as a garnish when dining out? Chewing parsley helps fight bad breath. Clean your teeth and mouth thoroughly and regularly to prevent bad breath. Always remember dentists’ oldest suggestion- brush twice daily.
Remember, your personal, business and social life may get distorted just because of your bad breath.
