The perfect ‘Abs’ diet plan!

The perfect ‘Abs’ diet plan!How easy has it been for you to even listen to the complex and hard to follow food charts that make for your abs diet?? Well, certainly not as easy I must say. To know that you will now have to keep your favorite verboten foods at bay and live without them is indeed in itself a sad news. What if I give you a diet plan that will let you eat the food you love and also works towards building just the perfect abs you have been dreaming about. The following is a tentative structure of how should you plan your ‘abs’ diet. These are no golden rules. You can mix them or have just one thing the whole week but just follow the principles mentioned.

Here’s what you can have in a single day!

Breakfast
It will be best if your morning starts from one glass of Abs Diet Ultimate Power Smoothie, preferably a long one.

Abs Diet Ultimate Power Smoothie
1 Cup milk (toned)
2 Tablespoons of low-fat vanilla yogurt
¾ Cup instant oatmeal
2 Teaspoons of peanut butter
2 Teaspoons of chocolate whey powder
6 Ice cubes, finely crushed

One serving of this power smoothie will contain 220 calories, 12 g protein, 29 g carbohydrates, 4 g fat (1.5 g saturated), 3 g fiber and 118 mg of sodium.

The second meal should consist of a light but healthy snack made up of 2 teaspoons peanut butter and raw vegetables particularly leafy is possible.

Lunch
The lunch should ideally consist of a turkey or roast beef sandwich on whole-grain bread, 1 cup fat-free milk and one apple.

Another snack would consist of your favorite almonds (I ounce) and 1½ cups berries.

Dinner
Power Meatballs

1 Pound extra-lean grounded beef
½ Cup crushed saltine crackers
1 Large onion, diced
1 Clove garlic, minced
1 Tablespoon ground flaxseed or whey powder
1 Jar (16 ounces) tomato sauce
4 Whole-wheat hoagie rolls
½ Cup reduced-fat mozzarella cheese, shredded

Combine the beef, crackers, onion, garlic, and flaxseed or whey powder into golf ball-size meatballs. Cook them in a non stick pan over medium heat until they turn brown from all the side. Drain the extra fat from the pan and add some tomato sauce. While the mixture is warming, use a fork to scoop out some of the bread in the rolls to form shallow trenches. Spoon the meatballs and sauce into each trench, and sprinkle with shredded mozzarella, and top with the top half of the roll.

Each serving will give you 569 calories, 38 g protein, 65 g carbohydrates, 19 g fat (6 g saturated), 10 g fiber, 1,341 mg of sodium. Your last meal of the day (i.e. if you are really hungry) should once again be a Power Smoothie.

You can interchange the meals or run on just one the entire day (though that is not practically possible). The idea is to restore your comfort and keep you glued into having this perfect ‘abs’ diet ,by not taking to any kind of recluse. Hope you enjoy reading it as much I did writing it for you.

How to eat them?

The pH miracle diet – a different dietApart from the numerous low fat diets, low carbs diet and diet aimed at reducing the Cholesterol level there exists another diet which has now become very popular. It is the pH miracle diet, which is turning heads.

The pH miracle diet attempts to control many different conditions in the body such as obesity. This is done via the omission of acidifying foods and behaviors.

The pH miracle diet is a diet that is more alkaline and is one of that free of sugar. The diet consists of foods in their natural form which is free from toxins and chemicals.

The underlying theory is that the human body has a pH that is slightly alkaline. The standard American diet consists of a lot of foods that are highly acidic in nature. These include sugar, caffeine, packaged foods and animal protein.

According to the diet experts who are in favor of pH miracle diet, too many of these acidic foods included in the diet can disrupt the body’s use of alkaline minerals such as sodium, potassium, calcium and magnesium which can make people prone to various chronic diseases.

Cow’s milk and products made from cow’s milk produce acid. Goat and sheep milk and cheeses, which have less fat and protein, produce less acid. The only dairy exception is butter that is alkalizing due to the short chain fats within it.

The alkaline grains of buckwheat, quinoa and spelt are preferred due to their alkalizing benefits.
