AVOID THROAT INFECTION

As the winters have finally arrived there are certain problems which comes with this weather, throat infection is most common of them. This comes in the category of the communicable disease, so it is very easy to get infected by others in today’s life, as we need to communicate with many people. Although this can be easily avoided by you by keeping certain things in mind and practice them daily.
Some of them are below recommended by the leading doctors.
1. Try to wash your hands daily.
2. If possible humidify your home when the air is dry.
3. Avoid sharing eating utensils, glasses, napkins, food and towels.
4. Chewing clove every morning will ensure your protection daily. Do keep in mind to remove the flowers before eating; it may cause irritation in the throat.
5. To protect you throat add pinch of salt and five grams of turmeric powder to half cup of the water. Drinking this mixture every night in the winter season will help in protection of your throat.
6. the most common and easy way is to inculcate the habit of gurgling with the glass of lukewarm water after adding pinch of salt to it.
7. Mask should be used by the people who travel for work. Although this seems to be quite odd but it can benefit immensely while on the move.
8. Try to drink lots of fluids will surely benefit but avoid the drinks which have caffeine and sodas as these tend to dehydrate your body.
9. Avoid your mouth coming in contact with the public telephones.
10. While traveling the airplane it is better to close the air nozzle placed above you because it can cause Infection since the air circulating through the cabin can be the medium of spreading germs.
11. Surfaces like sink of the kitchen or bathroom and the things like remote of television and A.C, telephones and computer particularly keys and mouse should be cleaned daily.
12. Even your own tooth brush used last night can be medium or reason for the infection. To avoid this try to soak it in a bowl of a hot water to which a teaspoon of the common salt must be added, before brushing.
13. If your thought gets infected rest is must for speedy recovery.
If these things are kept in mind and followed you will never get your throat infected and would lead a healthy life.
