• Soldiering On……Boot Camp Training:
The US Marines endorse it. Need we say more? And now, this very intensive training has made its way here too. Sign up for a gym routine or form a group in your neighbourhood to practice some rigorous workouts featuring push-ups, crunches and body weight exercises. It has so many exercises that you can’t get bored. Let these freestyle exercises test your strength and strengthen you.
• Free Wheeling……Spinning:
Cycling in one spot? Sounds funny but you aren’t exactly going to stay in one plane! Spinning targets specific body muscles such as hips, calves and abs. Excellent to lose weight and tone the body, this exercise is accompanied by peppy music. Spin on!

Parkour is all about getting from point A to B in precise movements, and as
